If you have them on your phone, we suggest making a screen shot of the QR code and having it in your photos. You may print the QR code for the tickets or have them on your phone. We do not release more tickets at the event, so in other words, sold out means sold out. We urge you to not wait in the sales line for tickets that are sold out. Also, for high profile guests, we and the event will typically post on social media the time and date for that guest's tickets to be added for sale. In some cases, if we do not receive confirmed pricing for a guest by the Tuesday following their announcement, a ticket may not be added in that round of tickets. So if you see a guest announced for an event but their photo op ticket is not showing for sale, it usually means it will be added the following Tuesday. Tickets are typically added on Tuesdays, what we call #newtickettuesday or #ntt. This means that we will add tickets throughout the online sales process. Photo op tickets are added as guests and pricing is confirmed with agencies and event promoters.

If you really would like a little time to converse with a celebrity guest, we would strongly suggest you opt for a autograph as typically the autograph is a somewhat slower moving process.
